This research delves into the relationship between Organizational Climate and Healthy Organizations in the Textile Manufacturing Industry. Emphasizing the need to explore this relationship due to high competitiveness and demand in the textile sector, potentially leading to stress, depressive symptoms, and employee turnover. The lack of research in this context motivates a systematic literature review. The research aims to understand how organizational climate influences the presence of healthy organizations, impacting employee satisfaction and productivity. The objective is to provide companies with strategies to become healthy organizations, enhancing employees' quality of life and long-term success. The review will identify trends, methodologies, and patterns to develop a case study in this underexplored area.spa
